I added frozen snow peas with the broccoli for a little extra veggies. I found putting a lid on the cast iron skillet helped to soften the veggies without burning them. My wife said a bulb and a half of garlic was a little too much garlic. I disagreed though.

We just had this for dinner and we both really liked it. Next time I will add some red pepper flakes to add a bit of heat. This is definitely a keeper and repeater!

Just came across this recipe and made it tonight. I like shrimp spicy so i cut up a bit of scotch bonnet pepper and added a piece of ginger to it and it was delicious. Amazing recipe, thank you so much for sharing.

Delicious! And yes I did freeze the leftovers. Do not thaw out because it is shrimp. Cook in a microwave safe container cover it with a lid and cook tell heated through. It is fantastic!
