Nice marinade. I did place everything in a 1/2 gallon jar and vacuum sealed it for about an hour to maximize the marinade infiltration into the meat.

Perfect for a hot evening! Or any time. Delicious combination of flavors and lovely to look at. I used fresh basil instead of mint (personal preference). Family loves it, asked for it again, which is highest praise. Thank you for a great recipe!
